porridge oats
135 g
butter
125 g
light brown sugar
3 tbsp
golden syrup

Grease a 20 x 20cm baking tin with butter.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Combine the oats, butter, sugar, and golden syrup in a food processor and pulse until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the baking tin and use the back of a spoon to press it into the corners until flat.

Cook in the oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the top is a golden brown color.

Let the mixture cool before cutting it into 12 squares or rectangles.
