In a large pan, cook the bacon until it becomes crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan using a slotted spoon and place it on a plate lined with paper towels, while keeping the fat in the pan.

Put onion in the pan and cook it until it becomes translucent.

Add cabbage, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking, stirring from time to time, until the cabbage is cooked to your liking.

Place the bacon back in the pan and mix well. Cook for 1 minute to warm up.
