Mix together beef mince, onion, milk, breadcrumbs, and egg in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then place mixture into the greased loaf pan.

Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl until thoroughly mixed. Pour this mixture over the meatloaf, ensuring an even spread across the top.

Cook until the center is no longer pink, approximately 1 hour.
