thin asparagus spears, trimmed
3 tbsp
olive oil
1.5 tbsp
Parmesan cheese, grated
1 clove
garlic, minced
1 tsp
sea salt
0.5 tsp
ground black pepper
1 tbsp
lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 220°C.

Add the asparagus to a bowl, pour olive oil over it, and toss until coated.

Add a dusting of Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Place the asparagus in one even layer in a baking dish.

Cook in the oven until slightly tender, for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness.
