beef mince

wine vinegar or cider vinegar

black beans or kidney beans, keep can water

Steps

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Fry the onions until soft, then add the garlic, and spices. Cook for 1 minute.

Crumble the mince into the pan and cook, stirring, until browned.

Stir in the sugar and let it sit for one minute. Then, add the vinegar and pour in the tomatoes.

Simmer for 5 minutes, then add the beans along with the canning water.

Season and stir the mixture, then simmer for 20 minutes until the beef is coated in a thick gravy.

Heat the tortillas and cook the rice according to the package instructions.

Place rice and beef sauce on each tortilla, add toppings, fold in the ends, and roll up to seal.
